RootEd is a structured two-year mentorship program designed specifically for Christian schools. It walks new educators through their first years of teaching with intentionality, weaving professional skill, classroom practice, and personal faith formation together into one cohesive journey.
Year One provides 20 bi-weekly meetings across four phases. Year Two offers five quarterly check-ins as the teacher grows in confidence and independence. Five development strands run throughout, ensuring that who a teacher is becoming is never separated from what they do in the classroom.
RootEd includes a dedicated word of guidance for the mentor, mentee, and administrator, so everyone who invests in a new teacher has the structure and support they need to do it well.
RootEd is not a secular program adapted for Christian schools. It was built from within Christian education, for educators called to it.
